                               RESOLUTION NO. 19338
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE 
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST, 
                   RESPECTIVELY, ADDENDUM NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT 
                   WITH COOK & SPENCER CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR 
                   ENGINEERING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH 
                   CONTRACT NO. S-2-91, DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE 
                   AND PEDESTRIAN ACCESS BEAUTIFICATION, FOR AN 
                   ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF FIFTY-ONE THOUSAND, 
                   EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS 
                   ($51,820.00), WHICH INCREASES THE TOTAL 
                   CONTRACT AMOUNT TO EIGHTY-THREE THOUSAND, 
                   FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby 
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, Addendum No. 2 to 
       Agreement with Cook & Spencer Consultants, Inc. for engineering 
       services in connection with Contract No. S-2-91, Downtown 
       Streetscape and Pedestrian Access Beautification, for an 
       additional amount of $51,820.00, increasing the total contract 
       amount to $83,550.00.
